I needed a new Appliance Repair Co. after Wix Mid-Coast Appliance Repair went out of business. Upon researching and finding Pellerin, I called and spoke to Mr. Pellerin. It was getting near closing time for all the other companies and I had bad experience with the largest company in Rockport. Mr. Pellerin came to my home after business hours, worked on and repaired my refrigerator that night and even gave me a discount on needed parts! He followed up the next morning by coming back to Rockport and personally checking it again at no cost! He was very thorough, had the necessary parts with him and was working after hours and on a weekend without charging anything extra. I highly recommend him if you need repair work done, call him and you will not be disappointed - he even guarantees his work and is not afraid to work on today's models with electronic panels!

Repaired my kenmore dryer. Did more than repair it, cleaned the inside of cabinet, lubed the roller wheels. Checked the ducting for blockage. I'll use their services next time I need repair on my appliances.

What is the company's reputation for punctuality with service calls. Do they take the time to offer free friendly advice over the phone to save you a service call for a simple do it your self repair. Does the provider ask for make & model numbers so they are familiar with your appliance before showing up for the service call.
