Top Tier came out last week when we had no heat. Tyler figured out the problem but couldn't get the part till the next day. He stayed till he was able to get heat at least for the night. Then showed up first thing the next day to replace it. He went above and beyond. Thanks

OMG!!! I Will NEVER, EVER USE ANOTHER A C COMPANY OTHER THAN TOP TIER!!! THE TECHNICIAN WAS HERE ON TIME, AND HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.HE EDUCATED ME THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH THE CALL, GAVE ME THREE OPTIONS, AND IT WAS JUST VERY OVERALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE.I WAS DOWN ABOUT MY HVACSYSTEM NOT WORKING.BUT IT WAS A PLEASURE WORKING WITH WITH TYLER AND GETTING MY SYSTEM UP AND RUNNING AGAIN FOR A REALLY FAIR PRICE!.THANK YOU.TOP TIER, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!!!
