FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started laying carpet at the age of 17 with a family member as a summer job we worked together in Abilene, Tx and then transferred with a company to New York where in addition to carpet and linoleum flooring I learned to install tile and natural stone.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked for a wide variety of clients homeowners are my favorite they don't mind taking the necessary time and expense for quality materials as well as workmanship for their projects. I have also worked with "flippers", commercial remodelers, private business owners, churches, real estate agents and private rental property owners.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
one of my favorite projects recently was a bathroom remodel for a disabled get and his wife. We gutted the existing common bathroom designed a curbless wheelchair accessible shower, pocket doors, installed a bidet and floating vanity without affecting the surrounding rooms the difference was amazing it seemed as though we had doubled the servicible space. It was a pleasure giving this veteran a more servicible area and the best part is that we are now able to accept payments directly from the Veterans Administration for future projects with other veterans as well!
