They did an amazing job with the knives I brought them. They had jobs ahead of mine but squeezed me in so I wouldn't have to make two trips out to them. You can tell customer service is at the top of their list but I'm definitely satisfied with the knives!!

Nice people but certainly NOT how I wanted my boots lasered
I had went over it with Phil both via email and pictures, and they still did not turn out like I ask for them too. Also the laser print was so small you needed glasses to see it. Very disappointed, especially since it was for my wedding!!

I thought that Phil did a great job. He engraved a wedding guest book for me. He was fast and made it convenient for me and the Guest book looks wonderful. I would recommend him.
