Jose helped us fix our third story balcony that had water damage and rotten wood. We had a few other contractors come out previously and they refused to even consider helping us as they thought the job was "too small". We got connected with Jose via Thumbtack and he was able to come out the next day and give a quote right away on site, with confirmed availability within the week. We are SO glad we found him! They were extremely fair with pricing and able to complete the entire project within half a day. They even found additional rot damage inside the balcony once they started working on it, and proposed a very fair counter solution to be able to do a true comprehensive fix. They matched the paint perfectly and you can't even tell it recently got fixed.
Will definitely use JPC again and would recommend 100%!

JPC came to the house to look at the job to do a lot of repair on rotted fascia, soffit, siding, a gate replacement, and re-painting entire house. He made additional suggestions and provided a detailed itemized quote by the following morning. During the work, he contacted me a few times regarding further damage that was discovered on the roof. All work, including repainting entire house, was completed in one week, with great quality. I would not hesitate to recommend Jose and his crew.
