FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge the bare minimum since I just started my business. I charge $0.15 - $0.20 per square foot. So, if you need pressure washing on a lot that is 1000 square feet, it would cost you $150- $200. Now, I do have to charge a gas fee which is not much (usually around $20). My pricing is a limited time offer. I will update my profile should there be any changes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would usually contact the customer by phone or email. If they cannot be reached, I will leave a voicemail to let them know I'm trying to get a hold of them. Then, we can talk about estimates but pricing will not be guaranteed unless I come and see it directly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have prior experience working with commercial grade pressure washers when I was employed by a commercial cleaning company in California. I ran the business at night and eventually got into the position to lead other members. I have many great reviews by other employees and customers alike. I knew it was something I would pursue later in my life because I really enjoyed doing the job. It was satisfying to see the results and having clients happy about the work I do.
