Pedro did an amazing job. Kept his appointment, arrived on time and did a great quality job and was very professional and helpful. Will use him again He had to take a batched job by another contractor who used silicone and he had to remove old silicon and replaced cement/stucco and smoothed and painted entire ledge for professional look and color match. Look at the before and after pictures

Pedro immediately responded to my request and came by on a Saturday to see the damage to the EIFS behind a downspout. He was quick to diagnose the problem and provided me a bid later that evening. He suggested putting two patches with plywood for the screws to attach securely. On Monday, his team member, Fernando came at 8:30 and was done by 2:30. He bought the texture and filled up the patch/ holes and painted stucco/EIFS to match. He was a little bit more expensive than some other folks but was very v knowledgeable on stucco and EIFS repairs. Will definitely hire him again.
