- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As Mister Rogers would say, “there is only one like you.” You have specific requirements, a unique product, and a target audience. Rocket Park will craft a custom a solution just for you. Because of that, our price is a custom quote just for your project. Based on the market, our fees are within the medium range. We've been in business for over 10 years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to spend about 30 minutes on the phone (or more if needed) to fully understand the needs of your project. After that, we draft up a proposal for you that outlines the scope of the project. Upon agreement of the proposal, work typically begins within 24 hours. Communication is key to a successful project so we'll be in constant contact throughout the development process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While Rocket Park has been in business for over 10 years, collectively we have over 20 years of experience. We have proven track records of helping our clients grow their audience and improve their customer transactions. We have certifications and partnerships with some of our technical solutions like Google Analytics or MailChimp. Our team is made of of college graduates with real-life, hands on, experience.
