- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We bill at a flate rate. Flat rate discounts apply to our Maintenance Agreement customers which we offer a 3 tier maintenance agreement Platinum, Gold and Silver. Each agreement is customizable to the homeowners needs and equipment. Standard pricing can be explained during the customers first maintenance inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer our customers a maintenance program with scheduling notifications twice a year. We believe with proper maintenance intervals the systems can last year's. AC systems are like the vehicles we drive, with out maintenance they break down regularly and can cost a fortune to repair or replace in some cases.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold regular factory and in house training modules 8 hrs a month to keep our skills up to date.
