- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new client is listening to what goals they want to achieve. Also if they have any post injuries or pre-existing illnesses. I then proceed to design a workout specifically for that client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a NFPT personal training certificate. I am also CPR/AED certified. I have had both of these since 2011.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always have had a passion for fitness. I started working out consistently at the early age of 11. It wasn't till high school that I decided that helping people be healthy and active was my dream. I was a 3 time regional qualifier and also a state qualifier in Powerlifting. I also participated in track and football. Secondly, my mother fell ill and suffered several strokes. At that time I started actively rehabilitating her to achieve full movement and live everyday life. Thus my journey begun...
