- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At HLR Cabling & Wiring, we pride ourselves on being affordable while providing quality work. We know that seeking an electrician can be a daunting process, but we strive to ensure our customers have a clear understanding of the work needed and we have upfront pricing so a customer never has to worry about gimmicks or upselling. We offer a 10% discount to teachers, active military/veterans, and public service professionals. We also offer free estimates and waive all service fees when hired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step when working with a new customer, is to have a conversation with them regarding their needs and to provide options allowing the customer to be in the front seat of all of their decisions. We will discuss with them issues that may arise and how to best solve them. We will help the customer select the best products to meet their needs. We offer upfront pricing and quality work and professionalism to meet their needs.
