- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once I provide you with a final invoice it will never change. I will be sure to include any and all fees ( shopping, transportation, equipment, etc.) in final pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you decide on M.A. Prime as your vendor for your event, the process is simple and very easy. I would like to schedule a sit down to discuss menu and complete paperwork. 2 Weeks prior to the event I would like to schedule a tasting to solidify the menu and make any changes the client would like to make. On the day of service, just sit back relax and enjoy the 5 Star Experience. Pricing Break Down 25% Due at conclusion of initial meeting. (Non- Refundable/ covers tasting) 25% Due after tasting Remaining Balance due day of service. (Before service starts)
