- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be competitive with other caterers in the surrounding areas. We offer discounts to repeat customers. We recommend a 30% deposit at the time of booking and balance is pad in full 14 days prior to the event date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are interested in our services. We are available to speak with you anytime of the day up until 8pm. After business hours, you will receive a call back the next business day to discuss more in detail about your event and menu selections. Larger events, we offer consultations on the entire event from start to finish. We customize our menus to fit the customer's budget. We offer tastings at the customer's request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Mike is a certified chef with an extensive hands on culinary back in the finest hotels, restaurants and private clubs. Chef Mike has over 30 years of culinary experience with Food Service Sanitation and Food Management Certificates We are licensed and insured.
