- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is relatively low and it's negotiable with my clients. We discuss that prior to the first day of training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all when I am introduced to a new client, I like to learn about their goals about what they want to achieve. Whether it's weight loss, firming and toning or building muscle and strength, I like to check their fitness level, and health history. First, I check their starting point and we work from there.
