The chefs at Fork and Knife Required have been cooking their entire lives, but just recently have turned their greatest passion into a catering business. It was my husband's birthday and we had Mexican food brought in. Not only was the presentation great,the booking of the service and the food itself exceeded all expectations! Definitely recommended to all friends and family!!! Yum!

Personal Chef Birthday Celebration Dinner in Houston at private residence. Consulted with menu in advance professionally answering my questions fulfilling requests. This entire experience exceeded expectations. 3 hour, 5 course gourmet dinner prepared and beautifully plated to perfection. 5 STAR quality and a wonderful evening with perfect timing and execution. Will definitely use him often in the future. My highest compliments!

Threw a very impromptu dinner bash for an intimate group of friends on NYE & really wanted to wow them! I already had the pleasure of enjoying Chef Ross' amazing cuisine at another small dinner party. It was bleu cheese and mushroom stuffed filet mignon and of course his signature dessert Peanut Butter Truffle Powder Ice Cream! Sinful! I was lucky to get him again last minute for NYE and he hit it out of the park with herb crusted lamb and creamy truffle au gratin potatoes.I definitely recommend Chef Ross to anyone that wants to have a fun, delicious, food adventure!

Fork & Knife Required recently catered a small BBQ event for our friends and family; the food was outstanding! The BBQ ribs and smoked corn casserole were amazing! Their hospitality was top notch and really made a huge impression on our guests! I look forward to using them again in the future.

My husband and I had an opportunity to have Chef Randy cater an intimate wedding reception at our home for 40 people. We were so impress with the entire experience, from the initial meeting to the food quality and presentation. Chef Randy was extremely personable and we felt that he was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The guests complimented the dishes that were prepared.
