I actually did not hire Lipka Home Builders for the project. However, they did promptly arrive at our estimation appointment, walked through the proposed project and asked the pertinent details needed. In the end, they were not the right shop for the initiative. However, they did leave a good impression and we'll chat on future projects down the line.

Lipka Home Builders performed an excellent remodeling work on our home in 2017. The work they had done for us has far exceeded our expectations. Jim and Tim Lipka are both very friendly, honest, and helpful. They are experienced and knowledgeable in home building. They took their time to explain all the steps clearly, kept us informed during the work process, and took care of everything that we needed. They also returned and checked in with us after the work was completed to ensure everything is working in the right order. We were confident throughout the process of the restoration of our home after Hurricane Harvey that Lipka Builders would complete the project to our satisfaction and they did. They surpassed our expectations.

Lipka Home Builders are not your typical cookie cutter home. They build one of a kind custom homes. They keep you in the loop during the whole process and let you customize as you go. I didn't have any issues and they built me my first home and they will build my next one as well.
