- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our first clean price is always little different. The first clean is little higher but once that first clean is done the price for the other cleans is lower. We always try our best to give the best pricing for our customers, for that same reason we always show appreciation for our loyal customers, our customers that are weekly or biweekly we offer them a 50% off with every 11th clean we do for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The experience that we have we have learned so much of what works with what and what not to use on certain items or walls. When we started to work with Ecolab and Sherwin-Williams they showed us and trained us on what to do and what not to do. Just growing our knowledge for our customers and improving our services to our customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad loves doing interior painting something that he really enjoys doing and my mother enjoys meeting new people and really enjoys cleaning. Seeing this since I was a little kid we decided why not start a family business. We being doing this types of services for so many years. Gotta say it’s been a huge blessing from God to be able to meet so many wonderful people and still be working for them. Customers become our family and is something that motives us to keep on going and reminds us of how we started from one customer to Two and then to keep expanding our family.
