Contacted Mitika for a quote and had her here in the same day in less than 8 hrs from the first contact. Her and her team did a deep cleaning for my 4 bedroom/3 bath 2 story house. I am very impressed and this was the first time I ever hired a cleaning team. I would definitely use her again and would not hesitate to refer her to anyone else. Can’t wait to have her back!

Left the house unsecured after partially cleaning the house. My sister and I were upstairs working remotely when she left (we are both senior citizens). I paid her early because I was upstairs and just figured out the Zelle payment for her. Once payment received, she was gone with no further communication. A salesman visited the house a little later and that’s when we figured out she was gone and the doors were not locked. Areas she touched were only about half clean.

Hi Bruce. I do remember you! This clean was done a VERY long time ago (possibly a year or so) Everything was done that was requested. I’m very unsure what you mean by left un-secure, I finished the clean & waited for 30 minutes for you to return after I completed the clean, as I didn’t want to leave your sister. I vividly remember you returning & walking with me through your home to do a thorough check of what was completed, you stated “you done a great job, & then you made the payment. Bruce I also remember you wanted your yard done, leaves picked up, baseboards cleaned. Those aren’t things provided in our standard clean. However, thank you for choosing us, & I sure am very sorry that we weren’t able to accomplish what you were looking for. We’d be more than happy to do a deep clean for you at a discounted rate.
