What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer monthly contracts at a discounted rate. We also offer discounts for recommendations!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We measure the size of the lawn and note any unique details (pools, pets, landscaping features, etc) as well as owner preferences. We book the appointment in our online schedule and we’re good to go! For landscaping typically an in person consultation is scheduled to discuss desires for your project and take pictures and measurements. We send an estimate and once it is accepted and the deposit is paid we get to work!
