- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is estimated by each event, so we do not share any kind of 'base pricing'. Each customer request is always SO unique to their taste and requires custom quotation based on their budget and inspirations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are happy to talk via phone or in-person, text or e-mail. Our recommendation is a brief phone call to discuss your vision for your event. Once we have an idea of what you are trying to accomplish, we love see the venue (in-person or via photos) at which your event will be held so we can add our own personal touches and creativity to the area provided. Finally, an estimate will be created based on your budget, inspiration and theme to review for approval.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
