Introduction: Perfect example this past Monday, August 18, 2014 two of our competitors showed up to a customers home. The tenant called them because they did not have hot water. When the Landlord called to scheduled our company, and after talking to the tenant learned that one of the companies had removed the warranty stickers from both of the waters heaters. The Landlord is no longer covered under the water heater warranty. One of the stickers was handed to the tenant on a cardboard paper, and the other one was taken. The problem that most customers don’t realize is that the one that was taken from the home can easily be taken to a plumber supply warehouse, and be replaced for free no questioned asked. Now our customers is fully responsible for the water heater repairs because she no longer has a warranty, and the one that was removed and handed to the tenant is now voided as well.
