I teach people to take COMPtia exams and one of my students had the worst experience with this place. The proctor is SUPPOSED to hand over the print-out with the pass/fail and score with concepts you missed. They refused to give it and then just lied about the whole print-out process, telling my student to just wait for COMPtia to give the score. Completely unprofessional and beyond rude.

Hi Kira, I think it’s very unprofessional to post a review based on an experience that you did not witness. we pride ourselves on a high level of customer service. Unfortunately, there are times when I print out is not made available for us and those rear instances we request that the student will reach out to the provider so that the results will be emailed to them. We only proctor the exams. We don’t have access to system systems to troubleshoot.
