Very happy with James. I knew a roof leak was going to be expensive no matter what, but I had other companies try selling me a ridiculous maintenance plan for thousands of dollars. I explained to James that I am selling my house and only want this leak fixed. He found the problem in seconds, repaired it in under an hour, was a fraction of the price, and gave me a one year transferable warranty. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

I found James, and DeHart Roofing, to be a very professional & reliable organization to work with. I had a tricky roof leak around my chimney. After engaging through Thumbtack, I was promptly contacted to schedule an appointment. James showed up and explained the reasons which cause this type of leak, provided an cost estimate which we agreed to, and he immediately began to work on the repair. After completion he mentioned that he performed a seal which in most cases fixes the issue, but stated that if it required additional work, it would be covered under the originally agreed upon price. After a good rain, I climbed in the attic and found that the leak was less severe, but yet I still had the problem. I contacted James and he scheduled to come back out to perform the additional repairs he mentioned. On his second trip, he spent a couple hours making sure the leak was repaired and at no additional cost. After the next heavy rain, sure enough, no more leaks. I found James to be a man of his word and Dehart Roofing to be a solid and reliable company, which I would be perfectly comfortable recommending to anyone. In my opinion, you would be hard pressed to find a better vendor to work with on your roofing needs.

DeHart Roofing completely tore off our old roof and replaced it with a new roof. It was done in a very timely manner even with all of the rain that we have been getting lately. The first day into the job his roofers discovered cedar shakes on a portion of the roof he came directly over personally went on the roof to do an assessment of where the cedar shakes were and gave us the new quote right there on the spot. He does not price gouge you at all, He personally went and picked up the extra material that was needed due to the cedar shakes and brought them back to the house. James has to be the nicest contractor that I have ever worked with. I explained to him that I needed the job done by a certain date due to a procedure that I was having done and did not want to deal with the inconvenience of the noise while I was recuperating from surgery. The job was done before the date that I had requested. We plan on having siding done to our home in the near future. He and his company will get the job for that as well. He was a pleasure to get to know and have him work for us.
