Our price is competitive and fair for customers and the company. The company has a win-win policy. Also, we have a loyalty club for our customers and provide them a fixed to seasonal discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our quick response salesperson will answer the customer request in under 5 minutes by receiving a customer request. Once the customer agreed with the company, we will send a pro-tech based on its time and devotion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are backgrounded checked and sufficiently trained for different subjects. They will also attend the company's monthly training programs to ensure all of them up to date. This training includes the new tools training and recommendation to new field concerns that solve perfectly.
