The experience was great. Chris came out to our home and first of all asked us what we were in search of. After giving him the things that were important to us, he began to explain our personalized options, and in great detail. He explained to us the process from beginning to end, including lead times, installation process and completion walk thru procedure. Chris was extremely polite, well dressed, very knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all. This was a great experience. Just a side note, we had 4 other companies to our home and they just did not have all the elements that we required. I would and have recommended Replacement Windows of Katy to friends and family. They did an excellent job from beginning to end. We had our windows installed October of 2015. Thanks Again.

From the initial phone call, to the final installation this was an exceptional experience. I have had quite a bit of remodeling on my home within the last year and a half. The salesman, Chris was so courteous and friendly, as well as very thoughro. The installation was seamless, Sami and his crew were quick and efficient. They cleaned up and hauled everything away, including some other materials that were left from a previous contractor. Thanks again for the great job. 6 Stars
