Jerry was absolutely incredible. We asked him to fix a door for us and it’s amazing. It was busted in and he fixed the frame and the door itself. He was VERY communicative and kind. He did the best thing to save money and he actually fixed our smart lock. He spent several hours fixing the door and it shows craftsmanship. He didn’t for a great price as well

I start by understanding the customer’s needs and assessing the issue on-site or through detailed discussion. I then explain the available options, provide a clear estimate, and proceed only after approval. Once the work is completed, I test everything thoroughly and make sure the customer is fully satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive hands-on training in locksmithing, door hardware installation, rekeying, master key systems, and troubleshooting mechanical and electronic locks. My experience includes working with commercial-grade hardware and following U.S. safety and security standards.
