My pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, hardware quality, and labor required. I explain all costs upfront—no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for bundled services or repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the customer’s needs and assessing the issue on-site or through detailed discussion. I then explain the available options, provide a clear estimate, and proceed only after approval. Once the work is completed, I test everything thoroughly and make sure the customer is fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive hands-on training in locksmithing, door hardware installation, rekeying, master key systems, and troubleshooting mechanical and electronic locks. My experience includes working with commercial-grade hardware and following U.S. safety and security standards.
