- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A non-refundable, no-transferable retainer is required to secure booking but don't worry, it'll be applied towards the total balance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask the client what THEY want. It's the most important part of my job. I ask questions and listen to the client's responses before ever picking up a brush.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self-taught. I learned primarily from actual hands-on experience. I was my own guinea pig first! Eventually my family and close friends started to lend me their canvases and referring others. As my business grew, I invested in education and products to improve my artistry and client experience. The rest is history!
