- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We bill by the hour and also on a project basis. Hourly rates are anywhere from $25.00 an hour to $30.00 an hour depending on the type of task you are looking for. We also bill on a project basis if possible. Projects will be estimated upfront and a down payment is required for work to begin. We also offer monthly service packages for social media marketing, bookkeeping, calendar management, payroll, anything you would like done on a recurring basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will schedule an introductory phone call. While on the call we will discuss your business and what type of services you are looking for. I will typically ask the new client to make a list of tasks, projects and pain points they would like to address. When I am ready to begin work I will request the documents, sign-in info and anything else I need to get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience in B2B relationships in many types of industries. I am familiar with communicating with small business owners and entrepreneurs.
