Service wasn’t terrible because I didn’t get a solution to the problem. But I did get alot of estimates for unrelated issues and a chance to sign up for service. I’m still at square one minus a service fee. Still needing a plumber . I would not likely pay a person to do possible solutions. I’d be broke. I will have no solution to my problem. I need a skilled plumber.

First, I had an appt Friday which was cancelled by them last minute. I was told somebody would come to assess my French drain and find out the problem for no charge…I would just be responsible for the repairs if we decided to move forward. When somebody finally came on Monday, he looked down the drain with a flashlight and said “Well to find the problem we would need to put a camera down which is $500.” Nice try on the bait and switch. Scammy.

Nobody’s having a good day when their plumbing is backing up… but I’ve got to say it was a pleasure working with this company and this young man. I called and within a short time they had someone here and he quickly had everything flowing again.
