FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Metal Buildings are very cost efficient. My post frame (wood) are also on the cost efficient side but are mostly used for home builds. The taller, wider, and longer the building, the more expensive. Most of my renovation work is usually cost of materials cause I LOVE to offer my clients good deals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things first, if it’s gonna be a custom home project, always helps to have blueprints. (Saves the hassle down the road.) Second, if you know exactly what you want without blueprints, then it usually starts with me meeting you in person and discussing where and what the project is. (In more depth, I need to see the elevation of land and the surroundings to understand what all I need to do for the foundation and to see where I can save you money along the way, also to get a pretty wide scope of the project itself.) Third, upon agreement to commence the start of the project, I will have a contract made up stating all factors, statements and completion times and quotes. Once signed and understood Then we will start with what it takes for a down payment to start and go from there. Like I tell everyone, adjustments can be made on the fly when I’m out there but will cost extra if they’re made long after. (SO LETS TALK ABOUT IT ALL! I have to make sure it suits you perfectly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a certified pipeline welder for Schlumberger Oilfield Company. I’m also recommended by many big company steel manufacturers such as Mueller, Prime Metal Buildings and Components, and Metal Mart. I’m also recommended by local wood yards such as MG Building Materials, Home Depot and Lowe’s for all your other home needs. We strive to make sure we provide the upmost quality in all of our products.
