Had a 5pm appointment, and asked my neighbors to come over and serve as the two required witnesses. Took lots of time coordinating their availability with the notary. At 5:06 I get a message "I just finished my 4pm, can we push it to 6:40". I answer "no, where are you". Reply: "on I35 in traffic". I ask "where on I35? Where was your 4pm". Radio silence. Unbelievable!
