She was there 30 minutes later evaluated the house made suggestions and exuded enthusiasm so I went with her. The house was on the market in a week and lease money starting coming in a month later. I would suggest that you definitely use this realty they are so responsive I left messages at other realtors and still haven't heard from them. Imagine what it would be like depending on them? I still have had questions as I'm new to the business and the response time has been awesome. Enough said ,choose this group you won't be disappointed.
I'm not using the property management side of the company however they passed me to the leasing side and I had immediate response and they met me at the property within 24 hours of the call.
