Angel's Accounting

I am a responsive marketer, leasing agent and manager with a Texas real estate license. I am able to operate an individual multifamily apartment complex while supervising and overseeing several other projects and personnel. When my apartment complex was sold in late 2011, I transferred over to our 110,000-square-foot office building located in the Galleria area of Houston, where I assumed the building manager position. I was responsible for our accounting support and additionally acted as our key administrative figure interacting with our tenant base. Additionally, I provided support in all aspects of collections and correspondence with key tenant personnel. I have been involved in overseeing the construction of our restroom renovation working directly with our vendors and processing our remittances and maintaining our leasing and contract files.
