- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
FREE consultation and estimate before the photo shoot. I run discounts almost every month. I also will include a free short shoot or 25%-50% off your next session for referring a friend. I guarantee my work and quality on the finished project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I offer a FREE consultation (in person or remotely) to get to know them a little more and then that discussion I will also ask to see any ideas or examples that they might have already found. I also like to show previous photos and videos that I’ve taken. Then go into detail about pricing keeping it fair for both parties. After the consultation if we have not already set a date(s) and venue/location I will ask you if you want to have control over those or if they would like suggestions from me. It’s all about the you so when you are ready I am. I like to arrive 30-60 minutes early depending on what type of photo shoot we are doing. I always speak with everyone that will be in the photos for a bit. We set up any equipment if any is required next and make sure the client signs any paperwork/contract before any pictures will be taken. Then let the magic begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Honestly the passion I have for photography and knowing what the client wants and doesn’t want is something you can’t be trained on when something comes as natural as photography does to me. I do not rush a project nor do I overthink it. I have an artistic background and business advertising experience. When you combine all of that it allows me to not just satisfy a client but surpass their expectations. And my business partner and I always look at everything separately after a shoot and then compare notes.
