I wish I could give Climate Boss Cooling and Heating 10 STARS! Our house is a new build and we have had issues since week one after closing. We have had to have our builder's a/c company come out NUMEROUS times with no real solution, just a shrug and a "it's just hot in Texas right now" excuse. After finally being done with the run around we contacted Climate Boss and they were able to get someone out the next day! Their tech's were professional, neat, knowledgeable, prompt, and most importantly, FIGURED OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH OUR SYSTEM (no more 87 degrees upstairs for us)!It's scary trusting a new business or using someone other than your builder's recommendations but I can not say enough about how happy we are with the service the entire Climate Boss team offered us! From the office staff, to the techs, to the follow up on our units, their customer service is the best in Central Texas.Thank you CLIMATE BOSS!!!

Willy came out and took super good care of us today. The turn around time from call to visit was super quick! He was so kind and patient and did a great job explaining what was happening, what he fixed and what we needed to do. I really appreciate having an A/C and heating company that I know I can rely on. Thanks guys!

Our AC went out over the weekend. My husband and I both work from home and we needed service fast! Climate Boss came highly recommended and I'm so glad I called them! A technician was there within a couple hours and fixed it in time for us to relax in a cool home that evening. He gave us a full run down of what was wrong with the AC before the repair and even gave us some helpful tips along the way. Extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I could not have asked for a better experience!

I booked the call with Jessica today after work and she set up an appointment right away. William arrived promptly although it was nearly 6pm, (I was very surprised). He diagnosed and fixed the problem quick, which was just a drain or something. Anyway, my house was hot when I got home and now it's cool again and I'm able to sleep comfortably. I highly recommend these guys!
