First of all, there is a review under David's profile that is not in any way associated with him, but Thumbtack says it cannot remove it. David installed ceramic tile in three rooms, a hallway, entryway and bathroom in my house in three days and his work is immaculate. When he removed the toilet he noticed a leak in the tank, went to Home Deport, got the parts and repaired it himself. He was very patient with me in that I had not even selected the tile when I contacted him. He is very methodical and when the job was complete, he cleaned the area and removed all the old flooring. He also installed vinyl laminate flooring in the master bedroom, another living area and two bathrooms in two days and did an equally amazing job. David also does all kinds of other work (painting, electrical, fence repair, etc.). I can't recommend him highly enough.

I Hired Jason Duran to Replace and paint a few rotten pieces of siding and trim on my chimney. He got the job done, finally, after 4 half-days of work. I didn't mind the lack of punctuality, and the work done looks excellent. -Dayton

David was very responsive and came in the day after Christmas to finish the project. We had two bathrooms, including the master bath, re modeled, replacing of tile, fixtures etc... Very pleased with the work.
