Ask to Talk to their past clients and after all is said and done, and you have all of this covered...make sure you like the person...In my mind buying and selling your home can be a stressful time but also an exciting one...do with with an agent that you like sharing both the ups and the downs the process. Make sure you feel they actually care about YOU not just the deal.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish people understood that who you choose to be your real estate agent can really make a difference. They can save you thousands, or help you get thousands more for your home. So people people have a friend or a relative, or a friend of a friend that is a real estate agent so they go with them...I see it over and over that their agent did not do them a service. There's a lot more to being a Real estate agent than just putting a sign in the yard, or having access to the MLS.
