Very quick respond time. I had a water leak concern from the roof flash directly above the fireplace. After inspection, Landon told me that there is no evidence of water leak at all and point out to me what happened to sound like rain water dripping on the fireplace. A honest man and definitely the first on the list for my future repair/project

Lance did a really good job painting the Fascia but unfortunately he let the left over gallon of paint fall on the ground from the roof and it made quite a mess. However he was very apologetic He cleaned the small amount of paint off the foundation base and he helped me dig up the small section of grass and offered to take a 30 % cut in cost of job which I did not accept. I only withheld 6.7 % to replace grass and add some dirt. These small accidents can happen to anyone. Lance is a good workman.
