May not be perfect - but I feel pretty good about it in the whole scheme of things. I appreciate his team working very hard during our Texas hot summer. It is a hard job. There were times when I really worried about certain things, and afraid of going to a wrong direction. However, I think it went fine overall. I am happy to see our end result, and I think I can count on him if something goes wrong in future. I believe building trust is the most important thing we look for from contractors, and it is sometimes hard to come by. I believe Pedro earned my trust."See more
