Introduction: We focus on helping our clients transition through the most difficult phases of their lives. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have gone to a flat fee billing system that is tiered so that clients can choose their legal flat fee bundle based on what they feel they need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a 30 minute consult, and can usually get everything I need to know if our relationship will be a good fit. I ask questions, take down information, and give the client a chance to do the same.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Fellow in the State Bar College, meaning that I take in excess of 30 hours per year of Continuing Legal Education to make sure that I keep up with the changes in the law as well as new ideas to optimize my practice.
