- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have gone to a flat fee billing system that is tiered so that clients can choose their legal flat fee bundle based on what they feel they need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a 30 minute consult, and can usually get everything I need to know if our relationship will be a good fit. I ask questions, take down information, and give the client a chance to do the same.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Fellow in the State Bar College, meaning that I take in excess of 30 hours per year of Continuing Legal Education to make sure that I keep up with the changes in the law as well as new ideas to optimize my practice.
