You can take advantage of phone meetings with me for 30 minutes each week for up to 3 weeks, no extra charge, to ensure that you are going on the right track and understanding what you are doing. My monthly charges are due on the 1st or 15th of the month. All other charges are due at time of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After putting together a service agreement. I sit down with the client and make sure that I understand the full background of their business. I will at that time collect all prior (if any), and current accounting records I run a full accounting audit to ensure there are no surprises down the road. Once the audit is complete, it is time to meet with the client to discuss any current or past financial or business issues. We together come up with a strategy to make sure all issues are taken care of and everything is ready to run smoothly from then on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2004, when I opened my doors, I earned a certificate in business accounting. Every year, I attend training to stay current on IRS regulations, bookkeeping regulations, bookkeeping trends and marketing strategies.
