Two professionals arrived as promised and quickly diagnosed the issue—freezing Under the glide and serve tray. Removed the trays and the back of the LG. And the back of the fridge. Found the issue that was clogging the drain system. Removed the particulate. Cleaned the coils with air compressor and reinstalled all parts. All works like new. Pice was very fair. Family owned business! We would hire them again!
