We got an offer on our house with quick closing terms, but we had a laundry list of things to fix and make right prior to closing. I contacted Rodney through Thumbtack and he met me at the property the next day. He was responsive, fair, and got the job done in record time. Not only was I impressed with Rodney's efforts, but the new homeowner has now requested his services on upgrades she wants done. Services provided include: Mortar work, exterior caulking, minor electric, sheetrock repair, painting, stone work, minor hvac work, interior caulking, and I'm sure some other things that I'm forgetting. I highly recommend.
