- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No two events are alike so our proposals are all personalized. Our pricing is determined by type of flower and flower count.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with you to discover your vision for your event.This meeting can be done in person or on the phone. We can set up a pinterest board to get a better understanding of your style preferences We then put together a personalized proposal. This is usually e-mailed to you in 48 to 72 hours after the consultation. Then it is up to you to decide if this proposal becomes a contract or if we need to do some adjustment to meet your budget needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of the Texas State Florists' Association. We attend the regional continued education classes provided for us by local wholesalers, design teachers, and the TSFA. We also are members of wedding specific organizations and stay current on the latest in wedding trends, colors, and design techniques.
