Introduction: I have 25 years of bookkeeping, auditing, and accounting (15 years as senior auditor. I spent six years,doing bank operations and bank compliance and consulting for small banks (commercial space planning, leasing, and lending). I worked four years as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) analyst. I also spent 10 years as an internal auditor, performing risk assessments of assets and review of internal controls in conducting financial audits.
