- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- I offer a FREE 30 minute consultation on your first session either over the phone or in person to get to know you, your goals, and to come up with a plan! - If you refer someone to me and they sign up, you get 1 session FREE! - Depending on if I travel to you, there might be a small fee. Please discuss this with me personally! - Nutrition and meal planning can be included in your training program as well. Please discuss this with me if you’re interested! - By the session is a base price. I do require packages (5,10 or 15) after your first trial workout and they are discounted. The more you buy, the cheaper it is per session!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We must go through a consultation via phone prior to setting an appointment to get to know all your PT needs and goals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My bachelors degree is in Kinesiology from The University of Texas. My internship experience was shadowing a strength and conditioning coach where I gained an abundance of training knowledge not only targeted towards athletes, but adults as well! I owned and operated my own group training gym where we held a ton of certification courses. I am certified in TRX Suspension Training/Group Training as well as the TRX Sports Medicine cert. I also was trained as a group instructor at a local HIIT training studio where I have gained experience in workout programming and group training! Not only am I certified in these areas but my experience as a professional soccer player has allowed me to build knowledge to teach fellow athletes and soccer players be the best they can be.
