Great service by Eric Medrano. I had fall inspection through their Maintenance plan. Eric Medrano, did the inspection and he was very nice, explained me everything and even insulate the some plumbings for free. He sent me all the pictures with the explanation as well. My shower pressure in my daughter’s bathroom was not working well for a number of months. The water temperature was also inconsistent which made using this shower infeasible….. The contractor came in and did a fantastic job of assessing the situation quickly determining that we need to clean out the shower head with some professional products he had on hand. Within 15 minutes or so after showing up at our home and taking immediate action, we had a useable shower once again. Thx for the great work and coming so soon after I put in a request. We needed this shower for some guest coming to town for the holidays. I would use this contractor again!
