- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are set at flat rates depending on what services that you are needing. We provide straight upfront pricing and no fees are charged until the document preparation services have been completed. The customer receives a quote of the agreed price prior to any work being performed both verbally and in writing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I am contacted by a potential client, I usually conduct a 30-60 minute telephone conversation. This way we can introduce each other and I can answer any questions that they may have. Once they decide that they want to move forward, an email is sent out with detailed instructions on the next steps. Most of the process is handled via email, due to the fact that I deal with clients all over the United States. I do meet local clients in person once the product has been completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my degree in Criminal Justice and have worked as a Paralegal for more than 12 years. I currently work as Paralegal in a litigation capacity at a large real estate company.
