I needed my semi annual hedges trimmed at my home. I reached out to Thumbtack and got 4 bids. I went with True Brothers due to their responsiveness, availability, and price. Needless to say, this was the best decision that I made.
They arrived timely, asked several key questions and were available to quickly assess and help with this job. Their work was OUTSTANDING!! It was sooo good that I've hired them for additional work at my home. I'm including copies of the hedges before and after so that you can see the excellent job they did.
They had great attention to detail and were very friendly. I was very please with the work performed and the time it took to complete the job. I would highly recommend them as I have hired them for additional work around my house.

True Brothers Landscaping did an excellent job weeding, mowing, weedeating and cleaning up my yard. They were there exactly when they said they would be, which is a plus plus for me. They were Super at be responsive to my messages and stuck to the price they quoted me. They were super polite and had were great communicators. This team is the best.
Very comprehensive project. They revealed a lot of knowledge and experience.
And, so pleasant to work with.
This project included a flagstone pathway laid in Zoiza grass. Large garden area and installing plants.
This is a project many will want same results. I am happy to refer them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to answer as many questions as possible and make sure everything is going to be taking care off I had a talk with one of my customers in the past I had to excavate and I ended up finding out they had a dog and fish cemetery so I had to work around them which is better than digging out bones
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self trained for lots of years worked for a landscaping company and I picked up on a couple of things
